Dotgarden built and managed City CarShare’s website during the organization’s early growth. I built a custom site in Movable Type CMS and oversaw both the website and email hosting. I handled software and security updates, integrated City CarShare’s custom-coded member login system, and redesigned the FAQ section for clarity. I also created and scheduled member email newsletters, making sure they displayed consistently across devices. These tools gave members reliable access to their accounts and helped staff manage communications more smoothly.
